Suhaimi Sukiman is a Singaporean barista, coffee entrepreneur, and author of “Kopi, Coffee & Craft: A Personal Brew of Singapore’s Coffee Soul.” With over 25 years in coffee, he has competed and won National and International awards and represented Singapore as a certified World Barista Championship and Latte Art judge. Co-owner of Dutch Colony Coffee Co., Suhaimi continues to shape Singapore’s specialty coffee landscape through innovation, mentorship, and storytelling. Known for his philosophy of “Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn,” he bridges tradition with modern craft, invite learners to leverage on failures to build greater platforms, inspiring a new generation to find meaning in every cup.
