Suchi is a lifelong learner with a passion for inclusion and impact. Formerly managing organisational innovation in the public service, Suchi now freelances as a trainer, coach, and facilitator while supporting SMEs in business development. Suchi befriends and mentors youth under various initiatives, including the LKY Centennial Fund Award at ITE College Central, and as well as individuals facing autism, learning challenges, and mental health conditions. With a keen interest in neurodivergence, Suchi is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Educational Psychology to transition into special needs education. Empathy, adaptability, and purpose guide Suchi's journey to create more inclusive learning environments.
